I was charged twice for one order.Paypal said I needed to call them to get one of the charges cancelled.
I was on hold with the customer service number given to me by Paypal for the company for 1 hr and 23 min. When I tried the 'contact us' form, even though I did choose a topic and resubmitted the form twice, I kept getting the error message "Please select a topic'. I finally called another customer service number that was listed on their website and was told they would address the charge, and it would be reveresed in 3-5 days (even though it was still only a pending transaction).
I am not at all happy.Charged twice, horrible customer service, both on the phone and through the website...not okay.
